摘　　要：分析了饲料企业的现状,提出了基于产品链的指标分解模型。针对企业实际情况,研究了企业内部管理的各类数据,建立了产品链,给出了实现基于产品链的指标分解模型的系统解决方案,以达到生产控制管理精细化的目的。Through analyzing the status of fodder corporation, an indicators decomposition model based on product chain was put forward. According to the specific conditions of corporation, all kinds of data were analyzed to construct a product chain, based on which the system solutions of indicators decomposition model were designed, which could achieve the refinement of production control and management.
