摘  要:目的分析比较激素法与液氮法在股骨头坏死动物模型的应用。方法 30只兔随机分为3组,A组为单纯激素注射组,兔子每周2次臀肌注射醋酸泼尼松龙,每次8 mg/kg,连续6周;B组为用液氮将股骨头冷冻坏死;C组为空白对照组。对一般形态学、影像学MRI、组织病理学等进行观测。结果 A、B两组股骨头均出现缺血性坏死表现,空骨陷窝率较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),并且3周时A组空骨陷窝率明显低于B组(P<0.01),6周时A组与B组空骨陷窝率无明显差异(P>0.05)。A组兔全身药物反应明显,骨坏死修复晚且能力差,且骨陷窝空虚率随时间延长而增加(P<0.01)。B组兔造模所需时间短,骨修复反应大,随着实验观察时间延长,骨坏死程度是进行性减轻(P<0.01)。结论通过单纯激素或液氮冷冻股骨头均可建立兔非创伤性缺血性坏死动物模型,前者较适合于病因、病理方面或者综合性研究;后者更适合于标准化治疗的研究。Objective To compare hormonal methods and liquid nitrogen method of vascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH). Methods All 30 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, Group A was taken simple hormone injection, prednisolone acetate 8 mg/kg i.m twice a week was administrated for 6 weeks;Group B was established by improved liquid nitrogen frozen method;Group C was the control group. The general morphology, imaging MRI, histopathology and other were observed. Results A, B groups were successful modeling, the rate of empty lacunae in the hormone, A and B groups were obviously increased more than that of control group at 3 weeks or 6 weeks after model preparation (P 〈 0.01 ), group A of empty lacunae was significantly lower than that of group B at 3 weeks (P 〈 0.01 ), and there was no significant differ- ence at 6 weeks (P 〉 0.05). Compared with group B, rabbits of A group were more systemic drug reactions, bone necrosis later and poor repair, and the rate of empty lacunae lacunae increased with time prolonged (P 〈 0.01 ), and the osteonecrosis degree of group B was progressively alleviate with the experimental observation time (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The mod- el of ANFH disease can be built up by steroid and serum injection or liquid nitrogen in rabbits. The former is more suitable for the cause, pathology, or a comprehensive study;the latter is more suitable for standardized therapy.
