丙泊酚联合复方吲哚美辛栓用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丙泊酚联合复方吲哚美辛栓用于无痛人工流产的临床效果。方法选择2009年6月～2011年6月接受无痛人工流产的妇女100例,排除手术禁忌证及药物禁忌证,随机分为两组:50例为丙泊酚联合复方吲哚美辛栓组(简称联合组),50例为单纯静脉丙泊酚全麻组(简称单纯组),观察两组注射痛、术中镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度、苏醒时间、记录术后30 min时患者的宫缩痛VAS评分及丙泊酚总用药量。结果两组苏醒时间无差异;联合组在注射痛、术中镇痛和术后宫缩痛的镇痛效果上优于单纯组;联合组宫颈松弛程度总有效率高于单纯组,且显效例数明显多于单纯组;联合组丙泊酚总用量少于单纯组。结论丙泊酚联合复方吲哚美辛栓用于无痛人工流产,效果肯定,给药简便,患者乐于接受,手术过程更平稳,是实施无痛人工流产术较为安全有效的方法之一。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Propofol-Fresenius Kabi combined with Compound IndometacinLivzonr on painless abortions. Methods Firstly we selected 100 cases of the women who received painless abortion from June 2009 to June 2011, and was eliminated the operation contraindication disease and drug contraindieation, secondly we randomly divide them into two groups： 50 cases of Propofol-Fresenius Kabi joint Compound Indometacin-Livzonr group （referred to as the joint group）, 50 cases of pure vein anesthesia with Propofol-Fresenius Kabi group （ referred to as the puie group）. Last,we observe the injection pain, intraoperative analgesic effect and cervical relaxation degree of the two groups, and record patients＇ contractions VAS pain score and the amount of Propofol-Fresenius Kabi of the half hour after operations. Results The time that the two groups came to life was insignificant difference; In the injection of pain, and intraoperative analgesia, pefioperative temple shrinkage the analgesic effect of pain, the joint group was superior to the pure group; In the total effective rate of cervical relaxation degree, joint group was higher than pure group, and powerfully the number significantly was higher than pure group; Joint group＇s Propofol-Fresenius Kabi total amount was less than pure group. Conclusion The effect of Propofol-Fresenius Kabijoint combined with compound Indometacin-Livzon used to painless abortions is better and convenient, people are willing to accept it, and the operation process is more stable. Therefore, it is one of the safe and effective method in painless abortions.
