胃癌患者开展优质护理服务及工作模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在胃癌患者治疗过程中的应用。方法将190名胃癌患者按就诊的先后顺序分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组110例,对照组80例,实验组在采用常规护理的基础上给予优质护理服务,对照组给予常规护理。结果两组通过采取不同的护理方式前,在舒适度得分上实验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采取不同的护理方式后,在舒适度得分上实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且实验组的得分明显高于对照组,说明患者住院治疗的舒适度明显提高。结论在胃癌患者住院治疗期间开展优质护理服务行之有效,能够提高患者的舒适度,临床上值得广泛推广。Objective To investigate the application of high-quality nursing services in the treatment course of patients with gastric cancer. Methods One hundred ninety patients with gastric cancer were divided into the experimental group of 110 patients and the control group of 80 patients according to their sequence of admission. The experimental group was given high-quality nursing services on the basis of conventional nursing while the control group was given conventional nursing. Results Before the implementation of different nursing, the experimental group and the control group showed no statistically significant difference in the comfort level score （P 〉 0.05）. After the implementation of different nursing, the experimental group and the control group showed statistically significant difference in the comfort level score （P 〈 0.05）. And the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the score, indicating that the comfort level of hospitalization significantly improved. Conclusion During the hospitalization of patients with gastric cancer, implementation of high-quality nursing is effective and able to improve their comfort level, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
