摘　　要：长期以来我国医学院校的学生普遍存在人文素质较差、难以适应社会需求的现状,比如医学生缺乏人际沟通能力、缺乏奉献精神,还有的心理素质较差,难以胜任工作压力,医患关系日趋紧张,医疗纠纷上升等,这种状况主要缘于我国医学院校长期以来人文教育的滞后。人文精神的缺失已成为医学整体发展的瓶颈,制约了医疗卫生事业的良好发展。本文分析了我国医学人文教育存在的问题,提出了如何构建全方位的医学人文素质教育体系,以提高我国医学生的人文素质。Education deficiency on humanity quality in China＇s medical universities has resulted in the relatively poor humanity quality of medical students who are difficult to adjust to social demands, which restricts the better development of medical and health services. This paper analyzes the necessity of strengthening education on medical humanities, the existing problems of education on medical humanities and offers how to build a full range of education system of humanity quality of medical students to improve the humanity qualities of our medical students.
