骨髓间充质干细胞治疗对骨髓造血功能影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell,BMSC)输注治疗对再生障碍性贫血(AplasticAnemia,AA)患者骨髓造血功能的影响。方法选择在本院住院的原发性再障患者(重型)12例,临床应用骨髓间充质干细胞输注治疗,观察治疗前后外周血常规改变,CD4、CD8比例情况及肝肾功能指标。结果 12例患者治疗3个月左右输血间隔时间较治疗前明显延长,外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞和血小板明显恢复,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后患者CD4、CD8比例改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后患者肝功能指标(谷丙转氨酶及总胆红素)、肾功能指标(尿素氮及肌酐)无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输注BMSC用于再生障碍性贫血的治疗具有较好的疗效和安全性,能作为临床再生障碍性贫血的一种新的治疗方法 。Objective To investigate the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells （BMSC） infusion on bone marrow hematopoiet- ic function in patients of aplastic anemia（AA）. Methods 12 patients in our hospital with primary aplastic anemia （heavy） received bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell infusion. And then compared the peripheral blood, the rate of CD4 snd CD8, liver and kidney function parameters before and after treatment. Results 3 months after treatment, time interval between blood transfusion was longer than before; white blood ceils, ]ymphocytes, and platelet markedly increased;and the rate of CD4 and CD8 also increased,there were a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. But loud no statistically significant difference of the liver and kidney function parameters such as urea nitrogen,creatinine, alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin before and after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The infusion of BMSC is effective and safety in treating aplastic anemia, so that it can be a new clinical treatment of aplastie anemia.
