摘　　要：回顾性总结了5例腹腔镜肝左(左外)叶规则性切除手术的护理配合经验,包括术前访视及术前用物准备,术中巡回护士和器械护士密切配合医生,术后做好器械处理及患者处理。认为护士具备丰富的肝胆外科手术的护理配合经验、熟练掌握腹腔镜及胆道镜的使用和配合技巧,较强应变能力,可提高手术配合质量,提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症。Retrospectively reviewed nursing operative cooperations of 5 cases with laparoscopic left lateral hepatectomy, including the preoperative visits and preoperative preparation, a close cooperation with doctors intraoperative by visiting nurses and instrument nurs- es. And treat with equipment and patients properly postoperative. Thinking that rich operative cooperation experience in liver and gallbladder surgery, mastering the technique of the cooperation of nursing in laparoscopie and choledochoscopic operations, strong judgement, on the basis of which, we can improve the quality of surgery cooperation and the success rate, at the same time, decrease postoperative complications.
