聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a治疗慢性乙型肝炎致抑郁症状的个体化心理护理

摘　　要：【目的】探讨个体化心理护理在聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者导致抑郁症状中的作用。【方法】选取2010年1月-2011年6月63例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组在使用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a过程中进行针对性的个体化心理护理,对照组进行常规心理护理,两组在干扰素治疗前后利用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行心理测评,对数据进行统计分析。【结果】治疗前后各组自身比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),干扰素治疗后,两组者均出现不同程度的抑郁症状,治疗组抑郁症状评分为(30.8±9.6),较对照组抑郁症状评分(41.6±10.2)明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。【结论】在使用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a过程中进行个体化心理护理对降低患者抑郁程度有一定作用,应引起临床医护人员的重视。[Objective] To investigate the ameliorative effects of individualized psychological nursing on the depression symptoms induced by pegylated interferon α-2a therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B. [Methods] A total of 63 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with pegylated interferon α-2a form January 2010 to June 2011 were divided into individualized psychological nursing group （n = 33） and control group （n = 30）. Patients in individualized psychological nursing group received routine healthy education and psychological nursing. Self-rating depression scale （SDS） psychological evaluations were carried out before and after interferon treatment in two groups. The data were processed with the commercially available software program SPSS11.0 using two-way ANOVA and the significance threshold was set to P 〈0.05. [ Results ] The depressive scores evaluated by SDS increased significantly after interferon treatment in both groups （P 〈0.05）, and the SDS scores of the individualized psychological nursing group （30.8 ± 9.6） decreased significantly as compared with that of the control group （41.6± 10.2） （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Individualized psychological nursing could attenuate the depression symptoms induced by pegylated interferon α-2a therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B, which should be paid attention to by medical personnel.
