清脂胶囊的制备及临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究清脂胶囊的制备和质量标准,观察临床治疗高脂血症效果。方法:用薄层色谱法对白芍、丹参、柴胡进行了定性鉴别;用辛伐他汀作对照,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服清脂胶囊,观察清脂胶囊治疗治疗高脂血症的疗效。结果:薄层色谱法鉴别分离度好,专属性强;经临床观察治疗高脂血症患者,其总有效率治疗组84.31%,对照组68.63%。结论:清脂胶囊制备工艺合理,制剂质量可控,是一种治疗治疗高脂血症效好、安全的制剂。Objective ：To study the preparation and quality standard of Qingzhi Capsule ,and observe its effect on treating Hyperlipidemia the therapeutic effect. Methods： Paeoniae Radix alba ,Bupleuri Radix in Qingzhi Capsule were identified by TLC. By comparing the clinical treatment effect on treating Hyperlipidemia of Qingzhi Capsule and simvastatin observed the therapeutic effect of Qingzhi Capsule. Results： The study showed that Spots of samples and the method had strong specificity. The total therapeutic effective rate of with treatment group was 93.33% and control group was 65.71%. Conclusion： Qingzhi Capsule preparation process was reasonable and the quality could properly be controlled. Qingzhi Capsule is effective and safe drug in patients with Hyperlipidemia.
