摘　　要：目的:过去多年,由于人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)与黄体生成素(LH)高度相似,hCG已代替LH被应用于促进卵子的最后成熟。最近,人们发现LH/hCG受体遍布所有的生殖器官,提示hCG的作用不限于此。与LH相比,hCG的半衰期更长、与LH/hCG受体结合更为紧密,效应可能更强。已经有研究报道低剂量hCG可独立于卵泡刺激素(FSH)支持中晚期卵泡的发育与成熟。在控制性超促排卵(COH)之前以及早期添加hCG可能是个有效的减少重组FSH的用量,提高卵子质量,提高妊娠率的方法。本文主要从LH在激素合成以及卵泡发育中的作用,hCG与LH的异同,hCG在中晚期卵泡和早期卵泡发育中的作用等方面进行介绍hCG的最新应用进展。Human chorionic gonadotrophin（hCG） has been used as a substitute for the luteinizing hormone（LH） surge because of the degree of homology between the two hormones.Recently,the LH/hCG receptor has been found an almost ubiquitous distribution in reproductive organs,thus suggesting that the actions of hCG might be more extensive than previously thought.In addition,hCG has a slower plasma metabolic clearance,and may be more effective than LH.It has been reported that low-dose hCG can support development and maturation of larger ovarian follicles independently of follicular stimulation hormone（FSH）,and the pre-treatment of low-dose hCG before or in the early stage of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation（COH） might provide an effective way in reducing rFSH use and enhancing oocyte developmental competence to obtain top-quality embryos,and improves implantation and on-going pregnancy rates.This review introduces the role of LH on the sexual hormone genesis and oocyte development,and its mechanism;similarities and differences between LH and hCG;and the effect of low-dose hCG added in the early stage and the middle-late stage of follicle development during COH process.
