摘  要:简要介绍了乙醇火灾的特点,结合国内外乙醇企业火灾事故的典型案例,阐述了乙醇生产中存在的主要火灾危险源。从"以防为主,防消结合"的消防安全角度,对我国生物乙醇企业设计、建设和运行中应考虑或遵循的一些原则进行了探讨。Bio-ethanol is a green and promising biofuel with many attractive advantages,leading to the booming of the new ethanol industry. However, the scaling-up of the new processes and the new ethanol tanks, as well as the frequent ethanol transfer, have resulted in the new emerging fire risks of this new industry, which is roughly thought to be safe before. The characteristics of ethanol and main fire hazard in ethanol enterprise are introduced in this paper. Associated with the cases of some typical incidents in China and US, the primary fire hazards in the ethanol production are clearly presented. Finally, several important design criteria or principles which should be implemented or considered for the new bio-ethanol facilities during construction and operation are also discussed.
