摘 要:分析了AC03型IPM(智能功率模块)辅助逆变器的结构与原理,阐述了采用高压IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)来替代IPM的必要性,并对SVPWM(空间矢量脉宽调制)控制方法进行MATLAB软件建模与仿真分析。在此基础上,进行了高压IGBT替代IPM的研究工作,装车试验取得成功并进入运行考核。The working principle and the corresponding pulse width modulation method of the auxiliary inverter of Shanghai AC03-type metro train is analyzed. The space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control technique of auxiliary inverter is modeled and simulated with the popular software of MAT, and the high voltage IGBT (isolated gate bipolar transistor) module substitution of IPM (Intelligent power module) is elaborated. Some experiments are carried out and the results have clarified the validity of the scheme. Based on the detailed substitution research work, metro trains equipped with the developed high voltage IGBT auxiliary inverter is under assessing in the main track now and the localized substitution re- search is proved successful.
