摘 要:预制混凝土夹芯保温墙体是集承载与保温一体化的新型预制保温墙体,该墙体由内外层混凝土墙板、中间保温层及连接件等组成。按照材料的不同,连接件主要分为普通钢筋连接件、金属合金连接件和纤维塑料(FRP)连接件三种。FRP连接件具有导热系数低、耐久性好、强度高的特点,可有效降低墙体的传热系数,具有广阔的工程应用前景。本文介绍了预制混凝土夹芯保温墙体FRP连接件分类、国内外研究与应用进展和技术规范情况,并对今后FRP连接件研究工作进行了展望。Precast concrete sandwich wall panel is a new type of insulation wall which performs well both in structural bearing and thermal insulation. It is consisted of internal and external concrete wall- board, insulating layers and connectors, etc. According to different material, connector can be divided into three categories: common reinforced connector, alloy metal connector and fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) connector. FRP connector has the property of low thermal conductivity, good durability and high strength. Which can decrease the heat transfer coefficient of sandwich wall panel, and has bright foreground in engineering applications. This paper introduces classification, research and application, standards and specifications of FRP connector, and offers the prospect for research trend of FRP connector in future.
