摘　　要：介绍了50tLF精炼炉用实芯纯钙包芯线替代硅钙包芯线钙处理的试验情况，使用实芯纯钙包芯线进行钙处理，钙回收率和钢水可浇性大幅提高，钢中夹杂物级别、氧含量显著降低；同时，连铸浸入式水口寿命提高，异常坯切除量降低，吨钢成本降低3．50元。The testing conditions that solid-cored pure calcium cored wire is used to replace the calciumsilicon cored wire to carry out the calcium treatment are introduced. By using the solid-cored pure calcium cored wire to carry out the calcium treatment, the recovery rate of calcium and the castability of molten steel are improved greatly, and the inclusion grade and the oxygen content in steel are decreased signifi cantly. Moreover, the service life of submerged entry nozzle is increased, the resection amount of abnormal slabs is reduced, and the economic benefits are notable, the steel cost is reduced by 3.50 Yuan/ton.
