摘  要:采用特钢50tEAF-LF(VD)-260mm×300mm方坯连铸-轧制工艺生产090~0140mm重载汽车齿轮轴用SCM440H钢,通过制定可行的生产工艺及控制要点,钢中成分控制(%:0.39~0.41C、0.21~0.26Si、0.74~0.76Mn、1.00~1.04Cr、0.18~0.20Mo、0.020~0.030A1),[O]、[N]分别控制在14~161×10^-6、60~75×10^-6,低倍组织≤1.0级,非金属夹杂物A、B≤1.0级、C、D≤0.5级,晶粒度I〉8级、末端淬透性及力学性能等指标均满足用户技术要求。090 -040 mm SCM440H gear shaft steel for heavy duty automobiles is produced by continuous casting-rolling process using 260 mmx 300 mm billets produced by 5QtEAF and LF(VD). By formulating the feasible production process and control points, the chemical compositions of SCM440H( % )are 0.39 -0.41C ,0.21 -0.26Si ~0.74 -0.76Mn, 1.00 - 1.04Cr,0.18 -0.20Mo 0. 020 -0. 030A1), the contents of [01 and IN] are respectively 14 x 10^-6 ~ 16 x 10^-6 and 60 x 10-6 -75 ~ 10^-6, the macrostructure of the steel is below or equal to grade 1.0, A, B non-metallic inclusions are less than grade 1. 0, C,D non-metallic inclusions are less than grade 0.5, the grain size is more than grade 8, moreover, the hardenability and mechanical properties all meet the requirements of users.
