浅析工艺参数对海洋平台系泊链焊接质量的影响

摘　　要：通过大量的系泊链预热闪光对焊焊接工艺实验数据分析，找到了影响系泊链焊接质量的主要工艺参数为闪光留量、闪光速度、顶锻留量、顶锻速度，获得了最优化的工艺参数范围。Through analyzing of mooring chains, the main a lot of experimental data gotten in the preheating flashing butt welding tests parameters influencing the welding quality of mooring chains are found, including flash allowance, flash speed, upset allowance, upset speed, moreover, the optimized parameter scope is gotten.
