摘 要:通过快速老化实验研究了草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇Cu/SiO2催化剂的失活。采用XRD、低温N2吸附、TEM及TG对失活前后催化剂进行了表征,发现催化剂失活原因为热烧结、积炭及活性组分铜的价态变化。还研究了各种失活原因之间的内在联系,并提出了较为合理的失活机理。The deactivation mechanism of Cu/SiO2 catalysts for hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate (DMO) was investigated by a well-designed rapid aging treatment experiment. The structure and texture of working and deactivated catalysts were characterized by XRD, NE-physisorption, TEM, and TG. Based on the characterization results, the deactivation was attributed to a number of factors like sintering, carbonaceous deposits, and valence transition of copper species. The intrinsic relations between catalysts deactivation and sintering, carbonaceous deposits, and valence transition were discussed, and a deactivation mechanism of Cu/SiO2 catalysts was proposed.
