摘　　要：介绍了30万t/a焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺在神华乌海能源有限责任公司的工业应用情况。从投产运行以来接近2年的连续运行中,经过对工艺及设备方面不断的改造,装置工艺已经成熟,证实具有安全可靠、合理、易于操作、环保、能耗低等特点,在90%和60%负荷时,吨甲醇焦炉煤气耗量分别为2000m3和2050m3。The industrial applicgtion of the 300kt/a coke oven gas to methanol process in Shenhua Wuhai Energy was introduced. During near two year run, the process and equipment were continuously modified that had made the technology perfect. The process had been approved to be save, reliable, reasonable, easy to operate, environmentally friendly and low energy consumption. The consumption of coke oven gas per ton methanol were 2000m3 and 2050m3 when the working loads were 90% and 60%, respectively.
