上海空港口岸入境旅客携带物检疫监管情况分析

摘　　要：分析了2010年上海空港检疫部门截获的不同来源地旅客携带的禁止入境物的类别和截获量、旅客携带物中检出有害生物的情况以及外来有害生物入侵的主要压力来源和风险,为确定重点查验人群提供参考;并对如何提高检疫工作有效性、降低旅客携带禁止进境物数量提出了建议。This paper analyzed the Shanghai airport quarantine department-intercepted categories and quantities of prohibited goods and pests carried by passengers from different countries and regions and the main sources and risks of foreign pest invasion in 2010 so as to provide reference materials for choosing pas- sengers to be intensively inspected, and also offered proposals how to improve the effectiveness of quarantine work and decrease the quantities of prohibited goods and pests carried by passengers.
