摘　　要：分析了国内外有机食品的发展历史和现状以及国内有机食品发展的总体趋势,从上海市面临的问题出发,提出了相应的对策以促进上海市有机食品产业健康稳定发展。The paper analyzes the history and current situation of organic food development at home and abroad and the general trend of the domestic organic food development, and puts forward relevant countermeasures in the light of problems that confront Shanghai so as to promote sound and stable development of organic food industry in Shanghai.
