摘  要:目的建立脑中心疝的动物模型并模拟其临床分期。方法采用额底放置球囊逐渐注水的方法建立兔子脑中心疝模型,结合临床分期特点观察脑疝形成后颅内压、脑灌注压、生命体征、影像学及病理学等变化。结果脑中心疝模型建立后,各项观察指标在各期内均出现特异性变化,与临床上相符。结论本体系可用于建立和明确脑中心疝各期情况,为深入研究中心疝各期病理生理变化机制和临床上有效治疗及预后判定奠定了基础。Objective To establish a model of brain central herniation and simulate the clinical situation. Methods The rabbit brain central herniation model was established through inflating a balloon in the bottom of the frontal lobe, and combined with the characteristics of clinical stage to observe changes in intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion pressure, vital signs, imaging and pathology after the formation of cerebral hernia. Results After establishment of central herniation model, the changes of observed indexes were significant and consisted with the clinical symptoms in each period. Conclusion This model can be used to establish and definite each stage of the brain central hernia, and lays a foundation of further research of center hernia about mechanisms of pathophysiology, clinical treatment and prognosis.
