摘  要:为了提高蓝莓种苗的快繁速率,以2个北高丛蓝莓栽培品种"蓝丰"和"康威尔"为试材,选取当年生长健壮的幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究不同生长调节剂种类及配比和不同的腋芽处理方式对蓝莓腋芽诱导及增殖的影响。结果表明:北高丛蓝莓初代培养的适宜培养基是添加ZT(玉米素)1.0 mg/L的改良WPM,诱导腋芽萌发的效果较好,2个品种的萌芽率分别为84.45%和85.55%,且新枝长势好。与传统处理方式相比,2种新的腋芽切割处理方式可明显提高蓝莓腋芽增殖效率。外植体经第1种方式处理后,"蓝丰"和"康威尔"的平均增殖系数分别为3.00和3.33;经第2种方式处理后,"蓝丰"和"康威尔"的平均增殖系数分别为5.53和6.13。In order to increase rate of rapid propagation of seedlings in blueberry, taking healthy tender stem segments in Bluecrop and Coville as explants, effects of different kinds and combinations of plant growth regulators and different axillary bud treatment methods on induction and proliferation of axillary buds. The results showed that the optimum culture medium for initial culture was modified WPM supplemented with zeatin (ZT) 1.0 mg/L. This medium had the best results of axillary bud induction, new ~hoots well grew, and the germination rates of the two cultivars were 84.55% and 85.55%, respectively. Compared with traditional treatment method, the two new cutting treatments greatly improved proliferation efficiency. After the first treatment was applied to the explants, the average proliferation coefficients of the two cultivars were 3.00 and 3.33, respectively. After the second treatment was applied to the explants, the average proliferation coefficients of the two cultivars were 5.53 and 6.13, respectively.
