某高校健康教育对高血压病的干预效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对高血压病综合治疗的作用。方法采用整群分层随机抽样法,将226例高血压病患者(年龄<60岁)分为干预组和对照组,均常规治疗,无严重并发症。干预组增加了健康教育,半年后复查对比。结果干预组的血压较对照组有明显的下降。结论开展健康教育对高血压患者血压的控制行之有效。Objective Investigate the effect of health education on the integration treatment, Methods By means of the method of random sampling, divide the 226 patents （elder than 60） into two groups, the intervening group and the comparison group. The routine treatment was done, and there was no serious complication. For the intervening group, health education was made, and compare the results after half a year. Results For the intervening group, an obvious decrease of the blood pressure was observed. Conclusion It is effective to do the helath education for the hypertension patents.
