阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病并发骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病并发骨质疏松症的疗效和安全性。方法 58例糖尿病并发骨质疏松症患者,选用阿仑膦酸钠治疗6个月。比较治疗前后患者疼痛、骨密度、血生化指标和副反应的变化。结果经6个月治疗后,患者疼痛明显改善,腰椎、股骨颈和髋部骨密度增加,血清25-(OH)VD(25-羟维生素D)水平升高,BAP(骨型碱性磷酸酶)水平下降,PTH(甲状旁腺素)变化不明显,不良反应轻微且耐受性好。结论阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖尿病并发骨质疏松症疗效显著、安全性好。Objective To explore the effect and safety of Alendronate on diabetes complicated with osteoporosis. Meth- ods 58 diabetic patients complicated with osteoporosis were treated with Alendrenate, and the degree of pain, change of bone mineral density （ BbfD）, bone metabolic biochemical markers and side effect were compared before and after treatment. Results 6 month after treatment, pain of the patients were relieved and the BMD of lumbar, femoral neck and hip were increased, obvious- ly. The serum 25-（OH）VD level were elevated and bone specific alkaline phosphatase decreased, parathyroid hormone did not change significantly. The side effects were slight and well tolerated. Conclusion Alendrenate is effective and safe on diabetes complicated with osteoporosis.
