莫西沙星治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察莫西沙星治疗耐多药肺结核(MDR-PTB)的疗效。方法将60例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组以莫西沙星(0.4g,1次/d)联合对氨基水杨酸、丙硫异烟胺、吡嗪酰胺、阿米卡星;对照组用左氧氟沙星(0.4g,1次/d),联合用药同治疗组;疗程为12个月。观察内容包括两组痰菌转阴率、X线表现改善率和不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较,痰菌转阴率分别为86.7%、73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);X线表现改善率分别为93.3%、73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);不良反应率分别为23.3%、26.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含莫西沙星的治疗方案痰菌转阴率高,X线表现改善明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To observation the effect of moxifloxacin in treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculo- sis（MDR-PTB）. Methods 60 cases multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , each group 30 cases; treatment group were treated with moxifioxacin （0.4g, qd）, combine fifapentine, dipasic,pyrazinamide and amikacin , control group were treated with levofloxacin（O. 4g,qd） ,combination drug use the same with treatment group;and the course of treatment is 12 months. Observation content including the sputum-negative conversion rate , X-ray performance improve rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups. Results The treatment group compared with control group, putum-negative conversion rate were 93. 3% and 73.3%, the differences have Statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; X-ray performance improve rate were 93.3% and 73.3%, the differences have Statistical significance（ P 〈 0：01 ） ; adverse reaction rate were 23.3 % and 26. 7%, the differences have no Statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment scheme with in- cluding moxifloxacin have the characteristics of putum-negative conversion rate high, x-ray performance improve obvious, adverse reaction rate low, Worthy clinical extension.
