摘　　要：目的介绍臂丛阻滞不完善加静脉局部麻醉的麻醉效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析了2006年1月6日～2011年12月26日在我院住院时臂丛阻滞不完善加静脉局部麻醉的上肢手术患者60例的临床资料。结果麻醉效果Ⅰ级56例,麻醉效果Ⅱ级4例。结论臂丛阻滞不完善加静脉局部麻醉,可用于上肢大型手术,止血带反应明显减少。Objective To investigate the effect and safety in upperlimb surgery using incomplete brachial plexus blocking combined with intravenous local anesthesia. Methods We collected datums of 60 patients, who received incomplete brachial plexus blocking combined with intravenous local anesthesia in upper limb surgeries from january 6th,2006 to december 26th, 2011 in the People＇s hospital of meishan city. Then the analgesic effect was analyzed. Results Analgesic effect of 56 patients reached grade I and the rest reached grade II. Conclusion Brachial plexus blocking combined with intravenous regional anesthesia could be used in large upper limb operation. And the reaction associated with tourniquet was reduced obviously.
