摘　　要：目的分析两种不同夜班模式对临床护理工作的影响,探讨能适合临床护理工作的好模式。方法通过改进夜班排班模式,并以问卷调查的方法收集体验过两种夜班工作模式的护理人员、规范化培训护士及临床实习护生的感受,分析实施前后,病区夜间护理质量情况。结果在不影响护理质量的情况下,护理人员对新夜班排班模式的认可度高、满意度也明显上升。结论新夜班模式能满足当下护士的需要,值得临床各科室借鉴学习,探索出适合自己科室特点的最佳工作模式。Objective To compare the effects of two night shift-planning, and thus develop a more rational way about the scheduling models. Methods Design the table about nurse job satisfaction survey to investigate about care quality and satisfaction before and after the new scheduling model. Results After implementation tile new night-shift scheduling model, the satisfaction of nurses increased and there is no difference when it comes to the quality of care. Conclusion The new night shift mode to meet the current needs of the nurses, is worthy of clinical departments to learn from and explore the best suited to the characteristics of their, own departments.
