摘　　要：目的探讨哇巴因诱导Jurkat细胞凋亡与白细胞介素2受体α亚基(IL-2Rα)的关联。方法 MTT法检测哇巴因对Jurkat细胞生长的影响;Western blot法检测IL-2Rα的表达;ELISA法检测细胞培养液中可溶性IL-2Rα(sIL-2Rα)的改变。结果低浓度(30、50nM)哇巴因能够诱导Jurkat细胞凋亡,下调Jurkat细胞表面的IL-2Rα及sIL-2Rα表达。结论 IL-2Rα参与了哇巴因诱导Jurkat细胞凋亡的调节。Objective To explore the association of Jurkat cell apoptosis induced by ouabain and interleukin-2 receptor α subunit（IL-2Rα）.Methods MTT method was used for assaying the growth of Jurkat cell inhibited by ouabain and Western blot method detecting IL-2Rα expression,ELISA method for detecting the change of soluble IL-2Rα（sIL-2Rα） in cell culture medium.ResultsLow concentrations of ouabain（30 nM and 50 nM） were able to induce Jurkat cell apoptosis and to down-regulate the expression of IL-2Rα on the surface of Jurkat cell.Conclusion IL-2Rα participates in the regulation of ouabain-induced apoptosis of Jurkat cell.
