我国苎麻纺织工业的结构调整

摘　　要：我国素有“苎麻之乡”的美称，无论是过去或现在，苎麻的种植面积和纺织加工能力均居世界首位。８０年代末，我国苎麻纺织业达到了历史上的鼎盛时期，拥有 ２ ５００－２０ ０００锭长麻纺的专业苎麻纺织企业达到１３７家，苎麻纺锭７０万锭，苎麻纺织产品成为创汇拳头产品。虽然进入９０年代后，苎麻纺织工业陷入了困境，特别是１９９５～１９９８年苎麻纺织产品的出口量、出口值连年下降，近半数生产企业被迫关、停、并、转、破。但经过１０年的调整，并受到国际市场苎麻纺织产品需求回升的影响，进入 １９９９年后，苎麻纺织生产已基本趋于稳定，产品质量逐步提高，企业效益稳步上升，苎麻纺织业出现了良好的发展势头。因此抓住苎麻业目前的发展时机，做好苎麻纺织工业的结构调整，确是当务之急。Editor's Note] China has always enjoyed the reputation of being the 'Home of Ramie'. It ranks first in the world in terms of ramie planting area and textile processing capacity both in the past and at present. At the end of the 1980s, the ramie textile industry in China entered into a period of great prosperity. By then, there were 137 specialized ramie textile enterprises, each had 2 500 ~20 000 line ramie spindles and they totally owned 700 000 ramie spindles. Ramie textile products had become important export products. From the beginning of the 1990s, the ramie textile industry began to suffer difficulties, especially during the period of 1995 ~ 1998, the exports of ramie textile products dropped year after year and near half of the production enterprises had to either close their doors or stop production, either merger into other enterprises or declare bankruptcy. But meanwhile, the industry had gone through restructuring. Thanks to the recovered demand for ramie textile products in the international market, since 1999, the ramie textile production has been running smoothly, the industry has stepped onto the track of healthy development. The quality of ramie products is improving gradually and the economic efficiency of enterprises is going up steadily. Now the prime task for the ramie textile industry is to seize this good opportunity, make further readjustment of its structure.
