萆藿汤治疗肾虚夹湿型勃起功能障碍39例临床研究  

Bihuo Decoction in Treating 39 Cases of Erectile Dysfunction with Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency Complicated with Dampness

摘　　要：目的观察萆藿汤治疗肾虚夹湿型勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 120例患者用数字表法随机分为3组,中药组(萆藿汤)39例、西药组(伐地那非)38例和中西药组(萆藿汤+伐地那非)43例。观察3组在治疗1、2、3、4周后的勃起功能指数问卷、勃起质量量表、中医证候积分的变化;观察3组在治疗前与治疗4周后血清性激素含量、血清血脂水平的变化情况。结果治疗4周后中西药组在改善患者的勃起功能、勃起质量方面优于其他2组(P<0.05),中药组和中西药组在改善患者中医证候方面均优于西药组(P<0.01),治疗4周后中药组和中西药组睾酮浓度较治疗前有提高,总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯浓度较治疗前均有下降。结论萆藿汤治疗肾虚夹湿型勃起功能障碍有明显疗效,在提高雄性激素和改善血脂代谢方面优于伐地那非。Objective To observe the effect of Bihuo decoction on erectile dysfunction（ED） with syndrome of kidney deficiency complicated with dampness.Methods 120 ED patients were assigned randomly to three groups,traditional Chinese medicine group（n=39） received Bihuo decoction,Western medicine group（n=38） were taken Vardenafil,and integrative group（n=43） received Bihuo decoction and Vardenafil.The changes of index questionnaire of erectile function,erection quality scale and TCM syndrome integrals of three groups were observed after 1,2,3 and 4 weeks.The changes of serum sex hormone and lipid levels were observed after 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks,the improvement of erectile function,erectile quality of patients in integrative group was superior to those of other two groups respectively,and there were significant differences between them（P〈0.05）.The improvement of TCM syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine group,integrative group was superior to that of Western medicine group respectively,and there were significant differences between them（P〈0.01）.After 4 weeks,the testosterone level in traditional Chinese medicine group,integrative group was increased respectively,and the levels of total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and triglyceride were decreased respectively.Conclusion Bihuo decoction has significant effect on treating ED with syndrome of kidney deficiency complicated with dampness,and its effects of increasing male hormone and improving blood lipid metabolism are better than those of Vardenafil.
