256层iCT不同时相对法洛四联症的评价价值

摘　　要：目的探讨256层iCT不同时相对法洛四联症(TOF)的评价价值。方法回顾性分析12例证实为TOF患者的iCT资料,分析病变类型、程度、并发畸形及变异,测量收缩期(45%时相)、舒张期(75%时相)肺动脉主干及室间隔缺损最大径,后者与手术结果对比。结果 12例患者畸形及变异均得到明确定性诊断,符合率100%。肺动脉主干45%与75%时相、室间隔缺损75%时相与手术结果无统计学差异(P>0.05),室间隔缺损45%与75%时相及手术结果存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 256层iCT对TOF及其并发畸形变异能够很好的定性、定量诊断,室间隔缺损程度以心室舒张期评价较为客观准确。Objective To explore the value of different phases by 256-slices iCT on TOF. Methods The iCT data of confirmed 12 TOF cases were analyzed retrospectively, the type, extent, associated malformations and variations were analyzed, the pulmonary artery and the maximum diameter of VSD on different phase as systole （45 % ） and diastole （75 % ） were measured respectively, the latter was compared with surgical results. Results 12 cases were qualitatively diagnosed with 100% coincidence rate. No statistical differences was existed between 45% and 75% phase to pulmonary artery, 75% phase and surgical results to VSD （ P 〉 0.05） , there was differences between 45% ,75% phase of VSD and surgical results （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion 256-slices iCT can make good qualitative and quantitative diagnosis to TOF and its associated malformations, evaluation of VSD extent is more objective and accurate on diastole phase.
