摘 要:目的:研究移行上皮反应基因(TERE1)在小鼠胚胎着床后至新生儿断乳期主要器官中的正常表达规律。方法:于E11d-E18d、P0d、P7d、P14d、P21d,取得小鼠胚胎脑、眼、心、肺、胃、肝、肢、肾(肾自E13d开始),利用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测TERE1基因在各器官的表达丰度。结果:除仅在P21d肢未检出外,TERE1基因在小鼠主要器官的发育过程中均有表达,且在脑、眼、心、肺、胃、肝、肾的表达水平较高;该基因的表达除在小鼠肾发育过程中呈升高趋势外,在脑、眼、心、肺、胃、肝、肢的表达均呈波动性。结论:TERE1基因在小鼠器官发育过程中呈广泛表达,且表达丰度不同,表达模式也不同。Objective: To investigate the expression of transitional epithelial response gene (TERE1) in the main organs from postimplantion to weaning period of mouse. Methods: The brain, eye, heart, lung, stomach, liver and limb were obtained successively in Ell d- E18 d, P0 d, P7 d, P14 d and P21 d, and the kidney was obtained successively in E13 d-E18 d, P0 d, P7 d, P14 d and P21 d. The relative abundance of TERE1 gene of all samples was measured by real-time quantity reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction. Results: Except for its expression was not detectable at P21 d in the limb, the TERE1 gene was expressed in all samples, and the expression level of this gene was high in the brain, eye, heart, lung, liver and kidney. The mRNA abundance of TERE1 gene in the kidney was increased with aging, and that in the other or- gans was undulatory property. Conclusion: The TERE1 gene is expressed extensively in the main organs during mouse development, and there is difference in the mRNA abundance and expression pattern in different organs.
