京—津—保三核城市群思路下的河北省城市体系分析

摘　　要：城市体系的空间扩展遵循波核规律,进而呈现轴向延伸、串珠或者簇团状发展模式。河北省现有城市体系存在分布分散和结构不合理问题,在京津冀行政单元经济发展基础不对称的情况下河北省依托自身进行封闭发展不能进行很好的城市化建设。河北省的城市体系建设必需依托现有的较好的交通网络将京津纳入考虑范围,并将保定发展为京津冀的第三极,在京津冀融合发展思路下采取分块对策根据远近不同的城市发展环分梯次、分区域提升河北省的城市化水平。Urban system development obeys wave-core law, furthermore presenting developing mode as extending along axis, pearl-stringing and group clustering etc.. There are problems for HeBei urban system shipment such as urban distributing decentralization, and urban structure irrationality, under the condition ofJin-Jin-Ji＇ s economic developing fotmdafion being no symmetry, Hebei can not construct its urban system better based on self condition and inside development. Hebei mttst depend on the current traffic network and consider Beijing and Tianjin simultaneously, and developing Baoding into the third core of Jin-Jin-Ji urban system, applying the strategies of region dividing, distance distinguishing and circle-grads building, elevating Urbanization standard of Hebei province.
