摘　　要：主要运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法,对2010年第11届世界健美操锦标赛集体六人项目冠亚军的罗马尼亚一队和中国队难度动作的录像资料进行统计分析,找出两队难度动作的编排与使用规律,根据选用难度动作分值、最后得分与其完成情况等分析各自存在的问题,力求为六人操的编排与难度动作使用等总结一些有价值的实践经验,为教练们制定六人操的难度训练计划制定提供参考。This paper mainly uses the method of literature, video analysis, mathematical statistics to analyze the ele- ment movements in the eleventh World Aerobics Championship of group program champion and runner-up of Roma- nia team and the Chinese team, it attempts to find out the element movements of the action choreography and use of the team rule, according to the selection of the difficulty of action score, final score and its complete situation, etc. To analyze its problems, and strive for the action aspects of the arrangement of the group program and use of difficulty can provide some valuable practical experience and suggestions, and it will offer a useful reference to the coaches in their training plan.
