摘  要:采用合理的膜材试验测试与分析方法,得到准确的膜材力学参数和行为规律,这是膜结构设计分析的重要基础.本文对全新高强PVDF/PES膜材进行系列试验研究,先完成单轴拉伸破断试验,然后单向循环拉伸试验,最后采用自主研发的多功能薄膜双轴拉伸试验机进行多比例加载下的日本标准双轴拉伸试验与德国标准双轴拉伸试验.研究了双轴拉伸试验数据分析方法及其对试验结果参数的影响,计算膜材工程常数并确定3D应力-应变响应面.结果表明不同加载谱计算的膜材工程常数有较大差异,针对具体工程应采用不同加载试验确定膜材参数,或取最大最小区间.本文研究对膜结构设计具有参考价值.It is the basis for design and analysis of membrane structure to obtain reasonable engineering constant and well understand mechanical behavior from proper test procedure and calculation method. Series tests were carried out for the new high strength PVDF/PES fabric. At first, the uni-tension broken tests were conducted. And the cycle loading tests were subsequently done according to the ultimate strength. On the basis of multi-function bi-axial tester developed in SSRC, hi-axial tension tests with multi tension ratio were finally carried out according to Japanese and Germany fabric specification. The calculation method and its effects were evaluated by the bi-axial tests. The engineering constants were investigated comprehensively and the bi-axial stress-strain surfaces were presented. The results indicate that the engineering constants vary much with different loading protocol. As practical fabric engineering, the specific loading protocol of hi-axial tests should be employed to test to get mechanical property parameters, or rational range of engineering constants are proposed to be used for structural analysis. The presented work is valuable to the structural design of architectural membrane.
