摘 要:深圳宝安体育场索膜结构采用车辐式索张拉结构与膜结构的组合,其中车辐式索张拉结构采用预应力全封闭钢索,膜结构采用PTFE玻璃纤维膜材料.体育场的外环为马鞍形状,结构体型复杂,钢索的长度全部不可调节,显著加大了工程设计及施工难度.为达到设计方对施工成型后的结构精度要求,在深化设计中解决了恒载及预应力下整体模型重建、钢结构安装状态和制作状态的模型制作、钢索索长确定等课题.施工过程中通过对钢索的标示线管理、索夹的高强螺栓预张力管理、36点同步张拉及4点同步张拉的实施管理,保证了工程质量,达到了设计的精度要求.通过对最终施工形态与设计形态的比较分析,得出了在钢结构的制作安装误差、钢索的制作安装误差满足设计要求的情况下,采用定长索的做法可以满足设计要求的结论.The cable-membrane structure of Shenzhen Baoan stadium adopted a roof structure system which is the combination of spoke cable structure and membrane structure. Full-locked galfan cable is used in the wheel cable structure. PTFE glass fiber membrane is used in the membrane structure. The stadium's outer ring is saddle shape, and the entire shape is complicated. All cables are unadjustable which all requires the high accuracy for steel and cable manufacture. In order to fulfill the accuracy requirement between the shape after construction and the design shape, the following problems solved in the detailed design: the construction of the entire structure under prestress, installation model and fabrication model of steel structure, the decision of cable length. Through the management of cable markqine, pretension force of high-tension bolt and the 36 point, 4 point simultaneous stretch, the quality and precision of the structure is ensued. The shape after construction and the design shape is compared. It shows unadjustable cable can satisfy the design requirement as long as the errors of steel and cable satisfy the design requirement.
