加味消渴康对糖尿病肾病大鼠纤维粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味消渴康对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织纤维粘连蛋白(fibronectin,FN)、层粘连蛋白(laminin,LN)和Ⅳ型胶原表达的影响。方法采用单侧肾切除加链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropahy,DN)模型,将造模成功后的24只DN大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、氯沙坦组和中药组。中药组予加味消渴康灌胃,氯沙坦组予氯沙坦灌胃,正常组及模型组每日灌服等量蒸馏水,共灌胃12周。各组大鼠于第12周末处死取出肾脏,运用免疫组织化学法观察肾组织FN、LN和Ⅳ型胶原的表达。结果加味消渴康能降低肾组织FN、LN及Ⅳ型胶原的表达。结论加味消渴康对DN大鼠有一定的治疗作用。To observe the effects of Jiawei Xiaoke Kang on the expression of fibronectin（ FN）, laminin（LN） and collagen 1V in renal tissue of rats with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Diabetic nephropathy was induced after unilateral nephrectomy by streptozocin （STZ） and the DN rats were randomly divided into normal control group, DN model group, western medicine treated group and Chinese traditional medicine group. The rats in Chinese traditional medicine group were perfused with Jiawei Xiaoke Kang. The rats in the western medicine group were perfused with Losartan. And the normal control group and model group rats were perfused with the same amount of distilled water. All the rats were perfused for 12 weeks. The rats were sacrificed at the end of 12 week. Immunohistochemistry was adopted to detect the expression of FN, LN and collagen IV in renal tissues. Results The Jiawei Xiaoke Kang can reduced FN, LN and collagen IV expression. Conclusion Jiawei Xiaoke Kang has therapeutic effect on DN rates.
