摘 要:目的观察鬼针草总黄酮(Total Flavones of Bidens Bipinnata L,TFB)对实验性高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响,并探讨其可能机制。方法高脂乳剂喂养SD大鼠14 d,建立大鼠高脂血症模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、鬼针草总黄酮(40、80、160mg·kg-1)组和血脂康(85 mg·kg-1)组,另设正常对照组,每组10只。给药30 d后取血、肝脏组织,观察TFB对大鼠血清总胆固醇(Serum Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(High Density Lipoprotein,HDL)及胆固醇酯转移蛋白(Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein,CETP)的影响。结果 TFB(40、801、60 mg·kg-1)灌胃给药可显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG的含量,升高HDL的含量,并显著降低血清中CETP的含量,可明显改善高脂血症大鼠肝脏脂肪变性等病理变化。结论 TFB能明显纠正高脂血症大鼠血清脂质代谢紊乱,并显著改善肝细胞内脂肪沉积变性,其机制可能与抑制CETP水平有关。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of total flavonoids of bidens (TFB) on lipid metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Hyperlipidemia model of SD rats were induced by high fat diet for 14 days and divided randomly into five groups including model group, TFB (40,80,160 mg . kg-1 ) group and Xuezhikang group (85 mg . kg-1 ). 30 days later, the rats were sacrificed and serum total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG), high density lipoprotein ( HDL), and cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) were measured. Results Compared to that in the model group, the serum TC, TG , CETP content in hyperlipidemia rats were reduced while the HDL level was increased. Moreover, results of histological examination showed that TFB can remarkably improve the liver steatosis in hyperlipidemic rats. Conclusion TFB can notably modulate the lipid metabolic disorder and alleviate the occurrence of liver steatosis in hyperlipoidemic rats, the mechanism of which might be involved with the inhibition of CETP.
