高效液相色谱法测定尼美舒利颗粒的含量

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定尼美舒利颗粒含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm5,μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸溶液(20∶30∶50);流速1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长298 nm。结果尼美舒利在4.125 4～82.508 6 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确,可作为尼美舒利颗粒质量控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of nimesulide granules. Methods Liquid chromatography was used. The column was Kromasil C18 column （ 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 um ）. The mobile phase was methanol acetonitrile-0.1% three acetic acid solution （20： 30： 50）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml . min-1. The column temperature was at 30℃. The detection wavelength was 298 nm. Results Nimesulide was linear in the range from 4. 125 4 to 82. 508 6 mg . L- 1 （ r = 1. 000 0, n = 6 ）. The average recovery was 98.2% , and RSD was 1.1% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and accurate, which can be used as the quality control method.
