盐酸达克罗宁胶浆含服和利多卡因、二甲硅油散序贯应用在胃镜检查中的临床评价

摘　　要：【目的】评价盐酸达克罗宁胶浆含服和利多卡因、二甲硅油散序贯应用在胃镜检查中的临床价值。【方法】对自2010年7月至2011年7月来本院行胃镜检查的220例患者随机平均分戍两组，单用盐酸迭克罗宁肢浆含服作为观察组，利多卡因、二甲硅油散序贯应用作为对照组，评分法记录两组患者胃镜下黏膜视野清晰程度、患者的耐受性，同时观测检查时间和药物不良反应。【结果】观察组患者平均黏膜视野清晰度得分为（3．5士0．3），平均耐受性得分（3．2士0．2），胃镜平均检查时间为（6．2±2．3）min，对照组分别为（2．7士0．5）分、（2．2土0．3）分，（8．5士3．1）min，两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。两组皆无不良反应。【结论】盐酸达克罗宁胶浆祛泡效果好，且无明显不良反应，使用方便，患者的耐受性好，能缩短患者的检查时间，值得临床推广应用。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical value of buccal dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage vs sequential applica- tion of lidocaine and dimethiconesimethicone power in gastroscopy. [Methods] Totally 220 patients undergoing gastroscopy in our hospital [rom July 2010 to July 2011 were divided into two groups randomly. Observation group received buccal dy- clonine hydroehloride mucilage, while control group received sequential use of lidocaine and dimethiconesimethicone power. The definition of mucosa visual field under gastrocopy, patients＂ toleration, examination time and drug adverse reaction in two groups were recorded. [Results] The average definition score of mucosa visual field of patients in observation group and control group were （3.5±0. 3） and （2. 7±0.5）, respectively. The mean toleration score of patients in observation group and control group were （3.2±0.2） and （2.2~0.3）, respectively. The mean examination time of gastroscopy of pa- tients in observation group and control group were （6.2±2.3）rain and （8.5±3.1）rain, respeetively. There were signifi- cant differences between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. No side effect was found in two groups. [Conclusion] Dyclonine hydro- chloride mucilage has better efficacy for eliminating foam with no obvious adverse reaction, and it is simple and has good toleration, and can shorten the examination time of gastroscopy. Therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
