PFNA-Ⅱ微创治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析AO亚洲型股骨近端抗旋髓内钉（PFNA1I）微创治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。【方法】应用PFNAⅡ治疗本院收治的23例65岁以上股骨转子间骨折病人，对其手术时间、术中出血量、术中放射时间、术后下地时间、骨折愈合时间进行评估。【结果123例平均手术时间（48．5±12．0）min，平均术中出血量（156．7±22．5）mI。。19例获得14～24个月随访，无伤口感染、骨不连、内固定松动、滑脱或再骨折等，X线片显示骨折均一期愈合。【结ieIPFNA一1I是治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折较为理想的内固定物，值得临床推广。[Objective]To analyze the clinical efficacy of AO Asian proximal femoral nail anti-rotation（PFNA- 1I ） for minimal-invasive therapy of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. [Methods] Twenty three eld erly patients aged over 65 years old with intertrochanteric fracture were treated by PFNA-1I. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and radiation time, postoperative walking time and fracture healing time were evaluated. [Results] The average operation time of 23 patients was 48. 5--4-12min and the average volume of intraoperative bleeding was 156.7＋22.5 mL. Nineteen patients were followed up for 14~24 months. No wound infection, bone nonunion, loose internal fixation, detachment or refracture occurred. X ray showed that all patients had fracture healing. [Conclusion] PFNA- 1I is an ideal internal fixation for the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochan- teric fracture, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
