后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术与开放手术的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：【目的】比较后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术与开放手术的临床疗效。【方法】200例肾囊肿患者，随机分为后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术113例（治疗组）和开放式腹膜后肾囊肿去顶术87例（对照组），比较两组临床疗效。【结果】与对照组相比，治疗组手术时间，术中出血，术后下床，术后住院天数都优于对照组（P〈0．01）。【结论】腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术创伤小、疗效确切、恢复快，是外科治疗肾囊肿的首选方法。[Objective] To retrospectively and randomly compare the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal lap aroscopic renal cyst unroofing vs open surgery. [Methods]Totally 200 patients with renal cysts were divided into retroperitoneal laparoscopie renal cyst unroofing group（ n 113, treatment group） and open retroperito neal kidney cyst unroofing group（ n = 87, control group）. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. [Results]Compared with control group, the operation time, blood loss, postoperative ambulation and postoperative hospital stay in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P d0.01）. [Conclusion] Laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing has minimal trauma, certain efficacy and rapid recovery, so it is the preferred method of surgical treatment of renal cysts.
