摘　　要：通过对某军队医院近年来开展继续医学教育项目现状的分析，发现尚存在项目申报力度不够、项目类别还不完善、项目培训尚不规范等问题，并从提高思想认识、强化科学管理、规范运行机制、丰富培训手段等方面提出了相应对策。According to analysis of the development of continuing medical education programs of a military hospital in last few years, the author found there were some problems in works ： the surviving in the project application was inadequate; item category was not perfect; the project was not yet standardized. In order to solve these problems, the author advised： improving thinking and understanding, strengthening scientific management, standardizing operation mechanism and enriching the training means.
