摘　　要：介绍了手术缝合线的发展历史和缝合线固结技术。为了克服有结缝合线的缺点,寻找理想的缝合线固结方法,利用倒钩原理开发出双向倒钩缝合线,为缝合线固结技术找到了较理想的发展方向。The development history of surgical sutures and the consolidation technology of sutures are introduced briefly, To overcome the shortcomings of knotted sutures and to find out an ideal suture consolidation method, bi-directional barbed sutures are developed based on the principle of barb and an ideal way for the consolidation technology of sutures is thus found out.
