提高竹节布竹节分布均匀度的试验

摘　　要：介绍了在剑杆织机上织造OE36.4/(36.4/36.4+58.3竹节)366/177 160品种的竹节规格,分析了竹节分布不匀的原因,提出了减少竹节分布空白或密集的方法。在保持竹节平均间距不变的前提下,大幅度加长一组或两组竹节间距,缩短其余竹节间距,可拉近空白处竹节的纬向间距,减少空白面积,并拉开密集处竹节经向间距,减轻密集程度。The slub specification of OE36.4/366/177 160 slubbed fabric woven on rapier loom is introduced with the reason why the slub distribution is not even being analyzed as well as the method to reduce slub blank and slub deuse being given. Provided that the average slub gap is kept no change, greatly increasing slub gaps of one or two groups of slubs and shortening slub gaps of other slubs can shorten the weft gap of slubs in slub blank to reduce the blank area, and a/so can widen the warp gap of slubs in slub deuse to reduced the deuse of slub.
