摘　　要：对HL-6型针梳机成球原理进行了阐述,介绍了对该机卷绕成球部分改造的理由和范围,对改造后毛条捻度及毛球成形的变化进行了总结,改造后成球质量提高,故障频次明显下降。The machanism of ball forming on HL - 6 needle comb machine is described, the reason and range of the reformation of IBD are stated. The changes of wool top twist and ball formation after the reformation are summarized, the quality of ball forming is raised and the frequency of problem occuring obviously reduced after the reformation reference for IBD transformation.
