摘　　要：我国农村的地域复杂性和人口分散性等特点决定了农村信息化必须走低成本、实用性强、本土化的发展之路,三网融合为之提供了可能。分析了三网融合在农村信息化进程中的机制和作用,并借鉴发达国家在推进农村信息化和三网融合的做法和经验的基础上,提出我国要继续加强农村信息化政策支持与资金投入,加强技术研发,完善市场机制,探索建立符合我国国情的农村三网融合模式。Because of the complex geographical distribution and dispersion of the population, the development of rural informatization must follow the principles of low-cost, practical, and localized, and triple play provide this possibility. Based on the study of the practices and experiences of USA and UK in promoting rural informatization, we proposed that China should continue to strengthen policy support and capital investment, improve technical research and development, perfect the market mechanism, and explore appropriate mode of the triple play in accordance with China＇s rural areas conditions.
