开放式创新下产学合作的演化博弈分析

摘　　要：运用演化博弈的方法,建立企业和高校之间合作演化博弈模型,分析了开放式创新下产学合作策略选择的影响因素。研究结果表明,企业和高校均选择合作策略的概率与合作创新收益的增值系数及企业的合作投入成本正相关,与合作的风险系数及高校的合作投入成本负相关,在其他参数不变的情况下,当创新成果商业化收益分享比例达到一定值时,企业和高校相互合作的可能性最大。在此基础上,从博弈主体、政策环境和知识供应链管理的角度,提出了激励企业与高校开展合作的策略建议。Evolutionary Game Theory is used to structure an evolutionary game model of industry-university collaboration, influencing factors of cooperative strategy selection in open innovation is analyzed. The study result shows the probability of choosing cooperative strategy by enterprises and universities has positive correlation with the earnings coefficient of cooperative innovation and the enterprise in- put costs in cooperation while has negative correlation with cooperation risk coefficient and the university input costs in cooperation. Given the invariability of other parameters, where the profit-sharing proportion of innovation commercialization reaches a certain value,it will be most likely for both sides to cooperate. At last, some advices are put forward to promote collaboration between enterprises and universities from the three aspects of game parties, policy environment and knowledge supply chain management.
