摘　　要：介绍了用于中子小角散射谱仪上的二维位敏探测器标定测试方法。通过对MK-640N-1类型二维位敏探测器的3个重要指标:探测器效率、探测器分辨率和探测器单元均匀性的测试和计算,得到了重要的数据指标,对实验的数据的准确分析提供了支持。The calibration and test methods of two-dimensional position sensitive neutron detector for small angle neutron scattering spectrometer were introduced.Three key parameters of detector are efficiency and resolution and cell uniformity of type of MK-640N-1 were tested and calculated.Experimental datum can be analysed exactly by these key parameters of detector.
