国防生入伍动机及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的通过调查国防生入伍动机及其影响因素,为更好地开展国防生的选拔和培训工作,向部队输送合格的军事人才提供参考依据。方法以450名北京高等院校在校国防生为调查对象,使用自制的《国防生入伍动机调查问卷》,对国防生的入伍内在动机和外在动机进行了分层多元回归分析和逐步多元回归分析,探讨个人因素和社会因素与国防生入伍动机之间的内在关系。结果 (1)社会因素和个人主观因素是影响国防生入伍动机的主要原因;(2)个人主观因素对入伍内在动机的贡献率为20.7%,社会因素对入伍外在动机的贡献率为12.7%;(3)影响国防生入伍动机的主要因素有"家庭收入"、"角色认同"、"参军理想起源时间"、"职业倾向"和"职业态度"。结论 (1)社会因素和个人主观因素是影响入伍动机的主要因素;个人主观因素对内在动机影响较大;社会因素对外在动机影响较大。(2)"理想信念"、"角色认同"、"职业态度与倾向"和"家庭收入"是影响入伍动机最为显著的4个因素。Objective： To investigate the motivation of joining the army and its related factors in national de- fense students, so as to provide scientific basis for improving the selection and training of national defense students, as well as for supplying qualified personnel to the army. Methods In this study, 450 national defense students selected ran- domly from 3 Beijing universities were investigated using a self-designed Questionnaire of Psychology on the enlisting mo- tivation. Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation were surveyed, and the related factors were studied. Results （ 1 ） The personal subjective factors amd social factors were the wain cause affecting the enlisting motivation. （2） The contribution rate for personal subjective factors to the enlisting intrinsic motivation was 20.7 %, for social factors to the extrinsic moti- vation was 12.7%. （3） The main related factors of total motivation were ＂monthly household income＂ ,＂role identity＂,＂ time of original enlisting idea＂, ＂professional tendency＂ and＂ professional attitude＂. Conclusion Social factors and person- al subjective factors such as ideal and faith, role identity, professional attitude and tendency, household income mainly affect the enlisting motivation. Personal subjective factors mainly affect students＇ intrinsic motivation;social factors, ex- trinsic motivation.
